On 08/21/2010, Clearfield County 911 alerted Firebox 1-B, 521 Spruce Street, Clearfield Boro for reported structure fire. Caller stated that her heater was extremely warm as well as a smell of something burning. Captain 1-3 held the box to Company 1. Truck 1 and Engine 1 arrived on-scene and found nothing. Box was placed available. |

7/16/09 Fire Box 1-AHH Transmitted for Structure Fire at 304 South Second St Clearfield Boro. Dept Chief arrived on scene with light smoke and requested a 2nd alarm. Fire was contained to a bathroom exhaust fan. Crews pulled down some ceiling ties and checked with T.I.C checked for extension and nothing was found. Companies 1, 5, 6, 7, 8 Due on the first alarm and 16, centre 11 & 12 on the second alarm.
